These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HIRAYA Music Festival website and ticketing platform ("HIRAYA," "the Platform"), operated by NEXCOREPH OPC ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a ticket or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Tickets
- Tickets are available across multiple tiers (VVIP Sponsor, Platinum Premium, Platinum Classic, Gold Premium, Gold Classic, GA Premium, GA Classic), each with its own pricing.
- You may purchase a 2-Day Pass (valid for both event days) or a Single Day ticket (valid for one specific day only).
- Each ticket is issued as a unique QR code and is valid for one entry only. A ticket that has already been scanned cannot be used again.
- Tickets are strictly day-locked: a Single Day ticket is valid only for the day it was purchased for.
2. Payment
- Online payments are processed securely through our official payment partner, PayMongo.
- Tickets may also be purchased for cash or credit card at our official physical payment
partners:

- Shalom Crest Wizard Academy
- Orders are only confirmed, and tickets only issued, once payment has been successfully received and verified.
- Promotional discounts (such as Early Bird pricing or sponsor discount codes) apply only during their stated validity period and cannot be combined with one another. Where more than one discount could apply, only the greater discount will be honored.
3. Ticket Delivery
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to view and download your ticket(s).
- It is your responsibility to ensure the email address provided at checkout is accurate. NEXCOREPH OPC is not responsible for tickets not received due to an incorrectly provided email address.
- If you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact us at support@hirayamusicfest.com.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, inability to attend, or similar circumstances.
- In the event that the festival is cancelled or postponed by the organizers, ticket holders will be notified of the applicable remedy (such as a rescheduled date honoring existing tickets, or a refund), at the organizers' discretion.
5. Entry and Conduct
- Valid government-issued ID may be required at the gate to verify ticket ownership, particularly for Senior Citizen/PWD discounted tickets.
- Attendees are expected to comply with venue rules and staff instructions at all times. NEXCOREPH OPC reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who engages in unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behavior, without refund.
- The event may be subject to age restrictions or require guardian accompaniment for minors, as communicated separately.
6. Agents and Merchants
- Individuals or businesses participating in our Agent or Merchant referral programs are subject to separate terms governing commission, reimbursement, and account conduct, provided at the time of onboarding.
7. Limitation of Liability
- NEXCOREPH OPC is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising from attendance at the event, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, government action, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, graphics, and branding, is the property of NEXCOREPH OPC and may not be used without our written permission.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
